空中乘务员工作不但薪资高、工作环境好、而且地位看上去很不错。这的确是一个事实！空中乘务员工作往往给人一种神秘感，其实不要把这一职业过分理想化。当你乘坐飞机在外面飞一天的时候，一站就是十几个小时，从早到晚十几个小时我们对顾客都要面带微笑，都得呈现出饱满热情的状态。天长日久，这也是对我们身体的严峻考验。所以空乘人员的业务素质和心理素质要求以及工作量大等方面也都是我们了解的方面。空中乘务员工作特点贯穿于整个飞行准备和着陆其间， 它与地面餐饮招待服务有很大的不同和难度要求。 我先从空中乘务员工作的岗位职责说起吧。

空中乘务员应对乘客提供的服务如：饮料、餐点、旅行常识以及简单的医疗协助。当飞机遭遇紧急情况必须迫降海上或陆地时，空中乘务员就要根据平日训练程序并在机长的指导下，协助乘客迅速安全撤离飞机。空中乘务员还要帮助乘客解决医疗问题和应急情况。faa在急救训练的要求上涉及到了紧急情况的处理，包括_疾病、受伤或其它异常情况_。
